Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source international suppliers to meet product specifications and business needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate favorable terms, prices, and delivery schedules.
  • Manage the procurement process for imported goods, from placing orders to coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Ensure that orders are placed in a timely manner to avoid stockouts and delays in the supply chain.
  • Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues related to international shipments.
  • Work to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with logistics and customs teams to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment of imported goods.
  • Manage shipping logistics, customs clearance, and international trade documentation (e.g., bills of lading, import licenses, customs declarations).
  • Resolve any issues related to shipping delays, customs inspections, or damaged goods during transit.
  • Maintain accurate records of all import transactions, including purchase orders, supplier correspondence, and shipping documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
  • With or Without experience can apply
  • Familiarity with import regulations, customs procedures, and shipping requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions while managing multiple priorities.
