Reports to: Sales and Marketing Manager
Work Hours: 01:00 PM to 8:00 PM (8-hour shift)

Job Summary:
As a Sales Officer you will play a key role in driving revenue and brand growth by developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies. This position requires a proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual who can thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist in generating sales leads through research, outreach, and follow-up.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain client relationships and provide support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Track and manage sales activities and results, reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Marketing Initiatives:
- Support in planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and in-office promotions.
- Assist in content creation for marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, website content, and newsletters.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Engage with clients through social media and digital platforms to promote products and services.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide data and insights to support the development of sales and marketing strategies.
Administrative Tasks:
- Coordinate meetings and schedules for the sales team.
- Maintain organized records of sales transactions, marketing materials, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and basic graphic design software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role with an 8-hour work shift starting at 01:00 PM and ending at 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required for special projects or events.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php10, Php25,000.00 per month
