Department: Sales and Marketing

Reports to: Sales and Marketing Manager

Work Hours: 01:00 PM to 8:00 PM (8-hour shift)

Job Summary:

As a Sales Officer you will play a key role in driving revenue and brand growth by developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies. This position requires a proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual who can thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist in generating sales leads through research, outreach, and follow-up.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain client relationships and provide support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Track and manage sales activities and results, reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Marketing Initiatives:

  • Support in planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and in-office promotions.
  • Assist in content creation for marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, website content, and newsletters.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Engage with clients through social media and digital platforms to promote products and services.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide data and insights to support the development of sales and marketing strategies.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Coordinate meetings and schedules for the sales team.
  • Maintain organized records of sales transactions, marketing materials, and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and basic graphic design software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role with an 8-hour work shift starting at 01:00 PM and ending at 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required for special projects or events.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php10, Php25,000.00 per month
