About the role

Liberty Insurance Corporation is seeking a Sales Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in Cebu City. As a full-time Sales Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring the smooth running of our office.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, filing, and data entry of all policy transactions and client information
  • Assisting with the preparation and issuance of insurance policies
  • Responding to client inquiries regarding policy status and issues
  • Offering support for ad-hoc tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree graduate in Information Technology with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in the sales industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required
