Job description

The Distribution Specialist ensure the achievement of the Company's sales and business objectives within the FMCG sector. This position demands a highly strategic individual with deep knowledge of the FMCG industry, along with exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing distribution networks, and maintaining strong relationships with key business partners to drive growth and profitability.

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability objectives as well as to ensure sustainable growth in the assigned territory

· Drive horizontal and vertical distribution, to achieve targets for new accounts and listing of SKUs

· Create a strong distribution setup through an effective route to market strategy

· Manage, maintain and develop relationships with dealers, distributors and other business partners

· Monitor and assess market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to be able to come up with programs that will create value for the area of assignment.

Job description

To appoint distributors in the territory, covering wholesale and retailers.

· Develop, coordinate and implement trade marketing plans and programs to improve channel and account specific targets.

· Monitor Distributor sales and service level.

· Inventory monitoring-ensuring sufficient stocks are available to fulfill purchase requirements of all Distributor Outlets

· Collate all reports for all assigned distributors e.g. SKUs ranging updates, changes in account profile and monthly coverage plan which will be submitted to the Regional Sales Manager in a weekly basis

· Managing inventory and receivables to ensure account profitability.

· Continuous monitoring of slow and fast moving SKUs

· With 3-5yrs experience for NCR and North Luzon Area
