We're looking for a Document Management Specialist to design, manage, and enhance how the Executive Office handles documents throughout their entire lifecycle. This role ensures that all document systems are efficient, compliant, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain document management systems (DMS).
  • Ensure all document processes comply with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee document workflows from creation and approval to storage and archiving.
  • Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to improve document handling.
  • Train and support staff on DMS tools and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with document management software (e.g., SharePoint, OpenText).
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards (e.g., ISO).
  • Ability to create and improve process flows for document management.
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential files with discretion and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of related experience.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for effective coordination.
