Job Description:
Responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities.
- Greet, communicate with and welcome guests. Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints. Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed.
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php Php600.00 per day
