What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Efficiently checking guests in and out, handling reservations, and responding to guest inquiries
  3. Providing information about the hotel's facilities, dining options, and local attractions
  4. Handling guest requests and complaints in a timely and resolution-focused manner
  5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of guest interactions
  6. Assisting with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and managing the front desk supplies
  7. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  4. Proficiency in using hotel management software and other relevant technology
  5. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and during peak hours, including weekends and holidays
  6. A positive, service-oriented attitude and a commitment to providing a memorable guest experience
