What you'll be doing

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process, including verifying guest information and processing payments
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide information about the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Assist with the coordination of guest activities and bookings
  • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure the front desk area is well-organized and presentable
  • Contribute to the implementation of the resort's customer service standards and policies

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to handle various guest inquiries and requests
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, such as hotel management systems (Xenia, Opera etc)
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests
