We are seeking a highly motivated and guest-focused FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR to lead our front office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient front office operations, providing outstanding guest service, and creating a welcoming and positive environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of front desk staff, ensuring efficient and courteous service.
  • Train and coach front desk staff on proper procedures, guest service techniques, and company policies.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Manage reservations and room inventory, maximizing occupancy and revenue.
  • Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a front desk role, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and property management systems (PMS).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
