About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join BH AMUAN, INC.' as a Project Supervisor (Construction) on a contract basis. Based in Las Pinas City Metro Manila, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and coordinating the work of construction crews to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to specification
  • Monitoring progress and taking corrective action where necessary to keep projects on track
  • Reviewing project plans, designs and drawings to identify and resolve any issues
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Providing hands-on leadership and support to the construction team
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

What we're looking for

  • Substantial experience as a construction supervisor or foreperson, ideally within the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and equipment
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and the construction team
