Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead at Coforge, located in Las Piñas. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day team operations, provide guidance to team members, manage project deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, mentoring team members, monitoring project progress, conducting performance evaluations, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. The Team Lead will foster a positive team environment, resolve challenges, and drive high-quality outcomes for projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Project coordination, task prioritization, and time-management expertise
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution within team environments
  • Experience in fostering collaboration and ensuring quality in project deliverables
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Las Piñas
  • Experience in IT or digital transformation projects is a plus
