Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients
    • Ensure timely, accurate billing and claims processing
    • Resolve escalations and maintain high client satisfaction

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in medical billing and revenue cycle operations
  • 2+ years' experience in managing teams or projects in healthcare billing
  • Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and HIPAA compliance
  • Hands-on experience with EHR and billing systems
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Certification in medical billing/coding is a plus
  • Experience in healthcare BPO or outsourced billing operations preferred
