Project Manager (Part-Time / Freelance)

Location: Metro Manila (Hybrid – Mostly Remote with Onsite Client Meetings as Needed)

About the Role

Amaze One Inc. is seeking a Project Manager who can also take on a Business Analyst role when required. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic IT project environments, can work independently, and confidently engage with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are on time and within scope.
  • Act as both Project Manager and Business Analyst, translating business requirements into actionable project plans.
  • Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, and templates.
  • Handle direct client communications, conduct presentations, and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Follow escalation procedures to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Demonstrate IT applications and platforms to clients during project implementations.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing projects in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new IT applications and platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino (verbal and written).
  • Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
  • Highly attentive to detail, organized, and proactive.
  • Able to work independently and manage client-facing interactions.
  • Flexible to go onsite to client offices in Metro Manila when needed.

Work Arrangement

  • Part-time or freelance contract.
  • Mostly remote/work-from-home, with occasional onsite client visits.
  • Flexible work hours, depending on client requirements and project needs.
