Team Leadership and Development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly preferred.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive decision-making at executive levels.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working within a PMO environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana, etc.).
