The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing project management processes and ensuring successful project execution within the Technology organization. Project Governance:Establish and maintain project governance standards, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry best practices. Process Improvement:Continuously assess and enhance project management methodologies, tools, and templates to streamline project workflows and increase overall efficiency.

Resource Allocation:Collaborate with project managers and department heads to allocate resources effectively and align with strategic priorities. Performance Monitoring:Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions to address any potential issues or deviations from project goals. Risk Management:Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively developing risk management strategies to safeguard project outcomes.Budget Management:Oversee project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and providing guidance on resource allocation to optimize cost-effectiveness.

Reporting and Communication:Produce comprehensive project status reports, communicate project updates to stakeholders, and facilitate regular meetings to ensure transparency and alignment. Team Development:Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, leading and mentoring the PMO team to deliver exceptional results. Stakeholder Engagement:Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, understanding their needs and ensuring their involvement in key project decisions.

Project Portfolio Management:Manage the organization's project portfolio, aligning projects with strategic objectives and prioritizing initiatives accordingly. Professional Certification & Licenses:PMP is an advantage. Work Experience:Proven experience (X years) in project management, with a focus on PMO leadership and process improvement.

Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable. Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management tools and software to track project progress and analyze data. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
