As a Project Manager for Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from initiation to completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and manage all project activities, including procurement, subcontracting, and construction operations.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and solicit feedback.
- Manage project budgets and financials, tracking expenses, and implementing cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing direction, guidance, and support to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (such as PMP) are preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in project management roles within the construction industry, with experience in managing medium to large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
- In-depth understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices, including knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and motivate them towards project success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to address challenges and make timely and effective decisions during project execution.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to oversee project documentation, contracts, and permits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Adaptability and resilience to manage project risks and uncertainties, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic construction environment.
