What You'll Do

Be part of our client's team as a Benefits Coordinator and take on a key role in ensuring smooth employee benefit processes, from plan implementation to client servicing. You will support managers, coordinate with vendors, and maintain accurate documentation that empowers businesses and people around the world.

Shift: Night Shift, Weekends Off

Work setup: Permanent WFH

Salary: PHP 65,000 to PHP 85,000

What You'll Need

Skills & Abilities

  • High school diploma; some college preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related role
  • Knowledge of benefits and medical insurance
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Life and Health License is a plus

What You'll Handle

  • Support management of client accounts and renewals
  • Assist in developing, marketing, and administering benefit plans
  • Obtain, compare, and analyze quotes
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for employee enrollment meetings
  • Review contracts, prepare documents, and maintain CRM records
  • Assist with documentation for client benefit websites
  • Stay updated on industry developments by attending vendor seminars
  • Handle client benefit service issues (billing, eligibility, claims, etc.)
  • Act as liaison between clients and vendors
  • Ensure renewal checklists and requirements are met
  • Prepare and submit employee applications
  • Take on other duties as assigned
