We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist who will support the HR department in managing and administering employee compensation and benefits programs. This role plays a key part in ensuring salary structures are competitive and benefits offerings are well-managed and compliant with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, government-mandated benefits, and company-initiated perks.
  • Assist in conducting salary and benefits benchmarking and internal compensation analysis.
  • Handle enrollment, updates, and claims for government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Coordinate with finance and third-party providers for payroll and benefits processing.
  • Maintain accurate employee compensation records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support annual performance review processes and salary adjustments.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR in compensation & benefits
  • Familiarity with government-mandated benefits processes (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Sprout HR is a plus.
