Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist who will support the HR department in managing and administering employee compensation and benefits programs. This role plays a key part in ensuring salary structures are competitive and benefits offerings are well-managed and compliant with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, government-mandated benefits, and company-initiated perks.
- Assist in conducting salary and benefits benchmarking and internal compensation analysis.
- Handle enrollment, updates, and claims for government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Coordinate with finance and third-party providers for payroll and benefits processing.
- Maintain accurate employee compensation records and ensure proper documentation.
- Support annual performance review processes and salary adjustments.
- Address employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR in compensation & benefits and payroll.
- Familiarity with government-mandated benefits processes (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Sprout HR is a plus.
