Restaurant Supervisor

Job Objective: To organize and supervise, with a view on providing fast and efficient food and beverage service.
Qualification:
● Degree in hospitality or similar preferred.
● A minimum of 3 years' experience as a captain or similar
● Excellent leadership abilities and the ability to manage staff members.
● Great time management and multitasking abilities.
● Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
● Proven customer service experience and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
● Supervision: Oversee the daily activities of the restaurant, including managing the staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
● Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
● Quality Control: Uphold high standards for food quality, presentation, and service consistency. Address any issues related to product quality or customer satisfaction.
● Staff Training: Train and develop staff on customer service, menu knowledge, and the proper use of equipment. Ensure all team members adhere to restaurant policies and procedures.
● Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
● Scheduling: Create employee work schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels, and managing labor cost control.
● Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with management to optimize restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, health and safety protocols, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
● Problem Solving: Address operational challenges, customer complaints, and employee issues in a timely and efficient manner.
