Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Thai Mango by Chef Kimin in Manila City, Metro Manila. As our Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant, while providing exceptional customer service and leading your team to success. This is a full-time position offering competitive remuneration in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment. What you'll be doing Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing feedback, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage the restaurant's budget to maintain profitability Train and develop a team of servers, hosts, and other front-of-house staff to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Participate in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives to drive customer engagement and revenue growth Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or dining establishment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges Proficiency in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Knowledge of food safety regulations and experience in ensuring compliance with health and safety standards Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or dining establishment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges Proficiency in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting Knowledge of food safety regulations and experience in ensuring compliance with health and safety standards Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software Working Location If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
