Job Description:

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for supervising restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service flow, staff performance, and guest satisfaction. This role enforces company standards, monitors service and product quality, and acts as the point person for staff and customers during the shift.

Responsibilities:

1 Shift Operations

  • Oversee daily operations (FOH & BOH) during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and SOP standards.
  • Monitor shift activities to maintain service efficiency and product consistency.
  • Conduct opening and closing duties, including cash count, sales reconciliation, and shift reports.

2 Staff Supervision & Training

  • Assign work tasks and monitor staff performance during the shift.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels and smooth handover between shifts.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching and training for new or junior employees.
  • Enforce discipline, grooming, and workplace safety standards.

3 Customer Service

  • Act as the primary contact for customers during the shift.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote upselling and service excellence to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.

4 Financial & Inventory Support

  • Ensure accuracy in cash handling, POS operations, and deposits.
  • Monitor usage of supplies, minimize wastage, and report discrepancies.
  • Assist in basic inventory checks and restocking when needed.

Qualifications

  • College level or graduate in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2-3 year supervisory or team leader experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and POS systems.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willing to be assigned to different stores within Metro Manila
