GeBBS Healthcare is looking for Team Leader to overseeing and managing the team, ensuring that every member works to their fullest potential and delivers their assigned tasks with the highest proficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams.
  • Anticipates escalation and take over calls when needed
  • Provides coaching & feedback to enhance agent performance.
  • Manages call volume and inventory allocation.
  • Participates in client calibration and meetings.
  • Enforce adherence to policies on attendance, established procedures and company policies.
  • Carries out performance monitoring, measurement and evaluation of all operators / agents to improve efficiency.
  • Prepares monthly performance reports.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • At least 3 year(s) of relevant working experience in HEALTHCARE ACCOUNT is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php45,000.00 per month
