What We're Looking For:
An experienced, customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and hands-on technical know-how. You thrive in dynamic environments, take ownership of issues, and consistently deliver service with empathy and urgency.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Service Desk, Tech Support, or related roles
- Proven experience supporting international clients (US, EMEA, AUS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Tier 1/2 technical support across global time zones
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows 10, desktop OS, and network connectivity
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Office applications
- Understand and work within Active Directory environments
- Ensure issues are documented, prioritized, and resolved per defined SLAs

- Sharp problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective team collaboration balanced with independent ownership
- Flexible to work any shift in a 24/7 environment, including nights
