We are looking for a hardworking and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, follow recipes and plating standards, and maintain cleanliness and food safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food according to menu specifications, portion size, and quality standards. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, prepped, and properly stored before and after use.
  • Set up and stock your station with necessary supplies before each shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep areas, and cooking stations. Follow food safety standards and proper handling of kitchen equipment.
  • Assist with inventory checking and restocking supplies when needed.
  • Coordinate and communicate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service.
  • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Head Chef.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of kitchen or cooking experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen safety. Must be punctual, clean, and able to work in a team.
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays.
  • Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
