I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/SUMMARY

Responsible for receiving and unloading shipments, organizing and storing inventory, picking and packing orders, conducting inventory counts, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. They may also be responsible for documenting and tracking inventory movements, ensuring accurate stock levels, and assisting with shipping and logistics processes.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Receiving and inspecting incoming paper, ink, and other printing supplies.
  2. Unloading and organizing supplies in designated storage areas.
  3. Monitoring inventory levels and ordering necessary materials.
  4. Assisting with the setup and preparation of printing jobs.
  5. Operating printing equipment, such as printers, cutters, and binders.
  6. Ensuring proper handling and storage of printed materials to prevent damage.
  7. Packing and labeling finished products for shipment or delivery.
  8. Conducting quality checks on printed materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  9. Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse space, including disposing of waste materials properly.
  10. Collaborating with other team members to meet production deadlines.
  11. Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
  12. Using inventory management software or systems to track stock levels and movements.
  13. Communicating any issues or concerns to supervisors or managers.
  14. Assisting with shipping and logistics processes, including preparing orders for shipment.
  15. Adhering to company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations in a printing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
