Job Summary:

The Warehouse Staff plays a vital role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations by handling the receiving, organizing, storage, and dispatch of ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics products. This position ensures that inventory is accurately maintained, goods are properly handled, and deliveries are prepared on time while maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect all incoming stocks and verify them against delivery documents.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare items for delivery or transfer to branches and customers.
  • Organize and store products in designated warehouse areas according to category and label.
  • Assist in loading and unloading deliveries and transfers.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the warehouse at all times.
  • Handle company products with care to prevent damage or loss.
  • Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • At least a Senior High School Graduate or Vocational Course Graduate in logistics, warehousing, or related fields.
  • With or without warehouse experience (training will be provided).
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual work such as lifting and moving items.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
  • Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work on-site at Baesa, Caloocan City.
