Role Description

  • Prepare financial statements with analysis, schedules, and year-end reports
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, payments, and regulatory reports (BIR, LGU, SEC)
  • Handle monthly billings to unit owners/tenants, ensuring proper allocation and recording
  • Review and post accounting entries for billings, collections, purchases, and disbursements
  • Assist with owner/tenant inquiries on billings and payments
  • Ensure disbursements comply with company policies, budget, and accurate booking
  • Review disbursement summaries and prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assist Property Manager in preparing the annual budget
  • Coordinate accounting transactions and reports with the External Accountant
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus
  • Experience in recording Journal Entries (Accounting) and general Accounting tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
