We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Specialist who can support both inside sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in outreach, coordination, and content creation, with strong communication skills and a disciplined approach to data and reporting.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in SDR calls, appointment setting, and coordination
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills (e.g., accreditation, contracts)
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools

Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Demand Generation

  • Conduct outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification
  • Support campaign logistics and maintain CRM/SharePoint discipline

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

  • Assist in drafting marketing materials and prospecting content
  • Use tools like Canva to create visual assets

Data & Insights Application

  • Update and manage records to support customer and campaign analysis

Stakeholder & Business Partnering

  • Collaborate with business units for outreach and marketing support

Brand & Communications Leadership

  • Communicate clearly with prospects and internal teams
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure consistent messaging

Office Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday to Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
