Position Description:
RCM Technologies is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and focus on expanding our presence within the Vendor Management System (VMS) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) space in the United States.
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our company's growth by building relationships with key VMS and MSP companies and their clients. You will be responsible for selling our comprehensive recruiting services to support their contingent workforce needs. This role is based in the Philippines and requires a strong understanding of the US market and business culture.
Responsibilities:
- Targeted Outreach: Proactively identify and cold call VMS/MSP companies and their clients in the US to introduce our recruiting services.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, from initial contact to securing appointments and closing deals.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including vendor managers, program managers, and talent acquisition leaders.
- Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our recruiting services, tailoring presentations to meet the specific needs of each prospect.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends, VMS/MSP platforms, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our recruiting and leadership teams to ensure a seamless transition of new clients and to provide feedback on market needs.
- Reporting: Track and report on all sales activities, including calls, meetings, and pipeline status.
- Achievement of Goals: Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably within the staffing, or recruiting industry.
- VMS/MSP Knowledge: A strong understanding of the VMS and MSP landscape, including how these systems and programs operate. Experience selling to or working with these companies is a significant advantage.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a native or near-native level of English. You must be able to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with US-based clients.
- Self-Motivated: The ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote setting.
- Resilience: A "hunter " mentality with the ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in the face of challenges.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Cultural Awareness: Understanding of US business culture, communication styles, and professional etiquette.
Education & Certifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Relevant experience will be considered.
