Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Shall be assigned in Sales Refractory Business Unit.
  • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of company's products/ offerings
  • Research customer needs and identify how company's solutions address them
  • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts for Refractory Sales Group
  • Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
  • Ensure that company quotas are met by conducting regular alignment and meeting with Refractory Sales team to set objectives and monitor progress

Job Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree holder of any Engineering courses
  2. Work experiences: At least five (5) years of experience in related field

  3. Skills:

  4. With excellent communication (both verbal and written)

  5. With excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  6. Detail oriented and with strong customer service skills.
  7. Can drive vehicles and have a valid driver's license.
  8. Possess business acumen skills
  9. Proactive & Results-Oriented
  10. With good interpersonal abilities and compatibility in medium sized company/ workplace
  11. Willing to travel
