Facilities Innovation Engineer

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Facilities Innovation Engineer to join our Plant and Facility Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

The Facilities Innovation Engineer is a member of the Facilities Engineering Section that embarks on thorough assessment, validation to create insightful decisions for projects involving groundbreaking civil structures or those affecting existing ones, ensuring steadfast adherence to government and TMP policies. In this role, you are expected to master As-Built Drawings, showcasing innovation and adaptability to embrace evolving and dynamic changes.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Evaluate and preserve the integrity of the civil structures within the Manufacturing Plant.
• Envision and manage Civil Engineering Projects and enhancements, ensuring they thrive within the allocated budget while adhering to standards and government policies.
• Engage in emergency remediation and delve into the root cause analysis of structural challenges to prevent future occurrences.

• Minimum Qualifications: With over two years of dedicated experience in managing Civil and Structural Projects

• Masterful in interpreting and analyzing Civil As-Built Drawings.
• Expertly proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Adept at using technical software like AutoCAD and STAAD Pro.
• Possess the ability to communicate with clarity and impact.
• Equipped with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Possesses sound knowledge of construction principles.
• Licensed and able to drive four-wheel vehicle is an advantage
• A tenacious team player.
