About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated
Bilingual Healthcare Customer Support Representative
to join our team. In this role, you will assist patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders by providing timely and accurate information regarding healthcare services, insurance, and administrative processes. Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional service while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from patients, providers, and clients in Japanese, Mandarin or Korean languages.
- Provide accurate information about healthcare services.
- Document interactions, follow-up actions, and escalate issues to the appropriate team as needed.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as first-call resolution, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM systems or customer support platforms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of inquiries.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Language Proficiency (Japanese, Mandarin or Korean)
