Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, private and government hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the features and benefits of our medical devices and solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through prospecting, networking, and attending industry conferences and events
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales strategies and opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, LIfe Sciences, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with healthcare professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Results-driven mindset to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong willingness to learn and be trained
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Computer Literate
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
