The role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic customer support team. As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the management team
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
What we're looking for
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- 6 months of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and address customer concerns effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in using various customer service software and tools
- A positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service
