The role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic customer support team. As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels.

Key responsibilities

  1. Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
  4. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the management team
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  6. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

What we're looking for

  1. Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
  2. 6 months of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the gaming industry.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and address customer concerns effectively
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  5. Proficiency in using various customer service software and tools
  6. A positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service
