Thai & Vietnamese Bilingual Specialist | Up to ₱120K | Taguig

Work Setup: 100% Onsite – Taguig / Vertis North

Start Date: November 25, 2025

Schedule: Shifting (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

Openings: 2 Headcount (1 Thai, 1 Vietnamese)

Salary Range: ₱95,000 – ₱120,000 monthly + ₱2,500 allowance


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer or technical support inquiries in Thai or Vietnamese, with English as a secondary language.
  • Manage requests, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns via phone, chat, or email.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate resolutions and high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain performance targets on quality, efficiency, and communication.

Qualifications

  • Native or non-native Thai or Vietnamese speaker with strong English skills.
  • At least 2 years in college (required).
  • Minimum 1 year BPO experience — CSR for Thai role / TSR or IT Help Desk for Vietnamese role.
  • Amenable to onsite work in Taguig or Vertis North.
  • Willing to work shifting schedules (including holidays and weekends).
