The Payables Coordinator processes the full accounts payable cycle by reviewing supplier invoices and accounts payable records, as well as ensuring that all required documents are in place. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review all invoices and requisitions prior to payment and processing, and secure accurate supporting information for all financial transactions
  • Assist with month-end closing, including preparation of invoice accruals and year-end audits
  • Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve AP-related issues in a timely manner
  • Prepare routine reports and analysis as well as vendor reconciliation and audit confirmation

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an accounting or finance-related course
  • Preferably has 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting-related positions
  • Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals
  • Must work onsite in Makati
