1. Document/Package Transmittal

  • Handle courier transmittals (2–3x/week).
  • Validate and prepare items for shipping.
  • Ensure completeness per depot/terminal.
  • Coordinate with courier and departments.
  • Prepare waybills, billing checks, and RFPs.
  • Release payments to courier.

2. Records Custodian (As Needed)

  • Ensure proper safekeeping, transfer, and disposal of documents.
  • Maintain and update files of all records.

3. Canteen Coordination

  • Coordinate employee meal subsidies and ensure food safety.
  • Liaise with affiliates on billing and concerns.
  • Prepare RFPs, billing summaries, and monthly reports.
  • Release payments to concessionaire.

4. Supplier/Service Provider Coordination (As Needed)

  • Ensure proper delivery of items/services.
  • Handle RFPs and related documents.
  • Release payments to providers.

5. Non-Consumable Office Supplies

  • Monitor inventory and issue supplies with Accountability Form.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions as needed.

6. Other Duties

  • Perform tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Must be a graduate of any Business related course.

  • Must be keen to details and can work under minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
