Online-only B2B sales role – no door knocking, no face-to-face selling.
You'll use LinkedIn, email and our AI calling system to generate qualified leads and appointments for the LeadAI Group of companies in Australia.
Base salary from ₱30,000 to ₱40,000 per month
Performance bonuses from ₱2,500 to ₱5,000 per closed deal that started from your booked meetings
Total expected monthly earnings: ₱55,000 up to ₱90,000+ for strong performers

We build AI-powered voice and sales tools that take care of repetitive outreach, follow-ups and admin, so teams can focus on real conversations and higher-value work. Our platforms are already being used by sales and marketing teams to run outbound campaigns, qualify leads and book appointments at scale – without burning people out.
You'll be doing this work for the LeadAI Group of companies, supporting multiple businesses across the group, and joining early enough to actually influence how we grow, with real clients and live systems already in place.
The Role
We're hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Cebu, Philippines to focus on lead generation and appointment setting for the LeadAI Group of companies.
This is a digital, online-only role. You won't be knocking on doors or doing in-person sales. Your day is spent:
- Finding and connecting with the right decision-makers
- Running our AI calling system to contact leads
- Booking qualified meetings for our Australian companies within the LeadAI Group
Think of it as modern outbound sales using AI and digital tools, not traditional field sales.
What You'll Do
LinkedIn prospecting & outreach
Identify and connect with relevant prospects on LinkedIn
- Send personalised connection requests and follow-up messages
Build and maintain prospect lists by industry, role and geography
Lead generation & data work
Research and build targeted lead lists from LinkedIn and other sources
- Enrich contact details (email, phone, company info)
Keep lead data accurate and updated in our CRM
AI-powered outbound campaigns
Use our AI calling system to run outbound campaigns to prospect lists
- Monitor AI call outcomes, call quality and responses
Tag, qualify and move leads through the pipeline based on set criteria
Script and messaging optimisation
Write and refine engaging cold calling, email and SMS scripts
- Optimise scripts that are used by our AI to contact potential users
Test different angles, hooks and CTAs to improve response and booking rates
Appointment setting & follow-up
Coordinate and book meetings into the calendars of our Australian sales team across the LeadAI Group
- Send confirmation messages and follow-ups via LinkedIn/email
Track activity and results against KPIs (meetings booked, leads qualified, etc.)
Continuous improvement
Provide feedback on scripts, messaging and targeting
- Collaborate with the team to improve campaign performance and lead quality
What You Won't Be Doing
To be crystal clear:
- No face-to-face sales
- No door-to-door or mall/booth selling
- No heavy phone closing of deals – your focus is top-of-funnel (leads & meetings)
- No running Facebook/Google Ads or full SEO campaigns as your core responsibility

Who We're Looking For
Must-haves:
Exceptional communication skills in English – both written and verbal
You must be able to write clear, persuasive messages and speak confidently with native English speakers
- Experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, SDR, inside sales, or similar
Ability to write engaging cold calling, email and SMS scripts
These scripts will be used by our AI to contact potential users, so clarity and persuasion matter
- Strong written skills for LinkedIn and email outreach – experience with copywriting, marketing emails or call scripts is a big plus
- Comfortable working 100% online using tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems and spreadsheets
- Confident communicating professionally with clients and prospects in Australia or other native English-speaking markets (US, UK, etc.)
- Organised and metrics-driven – you're okay with KPIs and targets
- Able to work aligned with Australian business hours
Nice-to-haves (bonus but not required):
- Previous experience working with Australian, US or UK clients in a sales, marketing or support role
- Background in outbound campaigns for marketing, lead generation, call centres or SaaS
- Any exposure to AI tools, dialers or automation platforms
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.) – as a bonus, not your core work
What We Offer
- Base salary: ₱30,000–₱40,000 per month (depending on experience and capability)
- Performance-based bonuses: ₱2,500–₱5,000 per closed deal that started from a meeting you booked
- Expected total earnings: from ₱55,000 up to ₱90,000+ per month for strong performers
