Bohol Offshoring Solutions is currently looking for a Customer Service Executive to work with one of our Australian clients and to be the leader of Philippine offshore accounts admin team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and attend to the inquiries of the Customers and direct the calls to respective departments and people in IRD Group;
  • Answer to queries and concerns over Chat from customers;
  • First level support for Login Issues;
  • Assists in making Company processes and work procedures;
  • Other admin and clerical tasks required by the Client.

Job Qualifications:

  • 3 years of customer service and/or sales representative experience
  • Preferably has 2-3 years BPO experience
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Familiar with MS office particularly in Excel
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to work independently and accurately under general supervision
  • Willing to work onsite - Tagbilaran City, Bohol

Employment: Full-time, Onsite

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
