Company Overview:

Join a dynamic company in the beverage distribution industry as we expand our footprint in the nightlife, hospitality, and on-premises alco trade. We are looking for a dedicated and driven Key Accounts Supervisor to lead account growth, develop strong partnerships, and execute sales strategies in premium alco outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full sales cycle for alco accounts: bars, clubs, hotels, resorts, etc.
  • Open new accounts and expand product availability in assigned territory
  • Lead negotiations on trade terms, contracts, and promos
  • Monitor inventory, execute merchandising, and ensure SKU compliance
  • Maintain strong internal coordination for smooth deliveries and collections
  • Conduct regular territory surveys, customer profiling, and performance reviews
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation, asset control, and account maintenance
  • Submit timely reports and track KPI metrics (volume, AR, buying outlets, etc.)
  • Collect payments in accordance with company policy

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in FMCG, preferably with returnable glass products
  • Strong sales background in customer service and distribution
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in sales analytics, planning, and account servicing
  • Holder of a non-professional or professional driver's license (Codes 1 and 2)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
