Customer Service Representative

Bohol Offshoring Solutions is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with one of our Australian clients and to be the leader of Philippine offshore accounts admin team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls, address customer inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate departments or personnel within company.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns through the company's chat support platform.
- Provide first-level support for customer login and access-related issues.
- Assist in developing and documenting company processes and work procedures.
- Perform various administrative and clerical tasks as required by the client.
Job Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales roles.
- Preferably 2–3 years of BPO experience.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Capable of working independently and accurately with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work onsite in Tagbilaran City, Bohol.
Project-based: 6-month fixed term
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
