Sales Process & Strategic Planning
- Partner with Sales Leaders to evaluate, refine, and manage a scalable and efficient sales process that enhances productivity and performance.
- Support strategic business planning efforts by identifying improvement opportunities and assisting in the implementation of sales-enabling processes.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and manage critical sales and inventory data, including stock levels, sell-through, and Days of Supply (DOS).
- Generate and deliver recurring reports, including:
- Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports
- Business-critical and ad hoc reports as requested by leadership
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Enforce CRM data hygiene and pipeline accuracy standards (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure reliable forecasting and reporting.
- Train and support sales teams on proper CRM usage and data entry compliance.
Dealer & Channel Analysis
- Manage the Top 30 Dealers data dashboard, capturing key metrics such as:
- Sales performance
- Stock levels
- Promoter deployment and productivity
- Provide actionable insights to inform trade and channel strategies.
Sales Forecasting & Business Insights
- Coordinate pipeline forecasting, opportunity tracking, and sales performance analytics.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer segments, regional performance, and product lines to identify opportunities and optimize go-to-market strategies.
Inventory Optimization & Cabinet Rate
- Collaborate with National Key Account (NKA) and Local Key Account (LKA) Managers to ensure accurate stock forecasting and replenishment based on cabinet rate and DOS calculations.
KPI & Incentive Management
- Calculate monthly KPIs for field teams (e.g., Captain Promoters) and manage performance-based incentive tracking.
- Ensure incentive payouts align with sales objectives and organizational guidelines.
Operational & Customer Support (Future Scope)
- Manage inbound customer inquiries and operational escalations.
- Provide front-line troubleshooting and internal coordination to resolve issues effectively.
Ad Hoc Projects & Support
- Participate in special projects, business reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist leadership with presentation materials, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and executive reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, Business Analysis, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms required.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
