Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise hotel managers across properties

Standardize operations, service quality, and brand consistency

Develop strategies for revenue growth, sales & marketing

Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L across all hotels

Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and regulatory standards

Mentor and develop leadership teams

Qualifications:

Degree in Hospitality/Business Management

At least 10+ years in senior hotel management (multi-property experience a plus)

Proven track record in financial & operational performance

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills

Knowledge in hotel systems and multi-property management tools
