Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Group Head Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple hotel and motel properties under our management group. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in the hospitality industry, and a proven ability to drive operational excellence, profitability, and business growth. This role will directly manage Hotel Managers and play a key part in the company's expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations, performance, and profitability of all assigned hotels and motels.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate Hotel Managers to ensure alignment with company goals and brand standards.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve guest satisfaction, revenue generation, and overall efficiency.
  • Monitor budgets, financial reports, and key performance indicators for each property.
  • Coordinate with the executive team on expansion plans, including site evaluation, new property setup, and operational readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for business development, partnerships, and market growth.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to maintain consistent service quality across all properties.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • 8–10 years of proven experience in the hotel industry, preferably handling both hotels and motels.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-property operations and leading Hotel Managers.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interpret financial data.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on operational management experience.
  • Willing to travel to different hotel locations as needed.
