Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at Hotel Okura Manila. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing food service, budgeting, and conducting training sessions. The role also involves creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
  • Experience in Training and developing staff
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
