Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
To provide excellent customer service by assisting members and clients with inquiries, processing applications, addressing concerns, and ensuring prompt resolution of issues related to AAP's products and services such as memberships, insurance, roadside assistance, and motoring-related programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Member and Client Assistance
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about AAP services, membership benefits, insurance, and travel assistance.
Assist clients with applications, renewals, payments, and documentation requirements.
Issue Resolution
- Handle and resolve member concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure quick issue resolution (e.g., roadside assistance, insurance claims, billing concerns).
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the supervisor or relevant department.
- Records and Documentation
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM systems or manual logs.
- Ensure all client information is handled with confidentiality and in compliance with data privacy policies.
Service Promotion
Promote relevant services, upgrades, or products that may benefit members (e.g., insurance packages, travel assistance, membership tiers).
Support campaigns and outreach programs aimed at member retention and satisfaction.
Administrative Support
Assist in the preparation of reports, feedback summaries, and customer satisfaction surveys.
Help organize and support member events or orientations, when necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- Strong experience in customer service or front-line support
- Background in automotive, insurance, or membership-based organizations is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Filipino)
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
- Patience and professionalism in handling client concerns
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php695.00 per day
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
