Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking General Manager to lead our organization into its next phase of growth. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of business operations, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. This role requires a balance of strong business insight, operational expertise, and people leadership. As a key member of senior leadership, the General Manager will be instrumental in ensuring that the company not only meets its financial and operational targets but also upholds its values, vision, and long-term strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:


• Define, communicate, and effectively execute the company's strategic direction.


• Develop annual and long-term business plans aligned with company goals.


• Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies to drive sustainable growth.


• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with company standards.


• Implement systems, processes, and policies to enhance productivity and accountability.


• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action where necessary.


• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.


• Ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize profitability.


• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.


• Lead, mentor, and inspire management teams and employees at all levels.


• Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven workplace culture.


• Support employee development through coaching, training, and succession planning.


• Champion values of integrity, collaboration, and innovation across the organization.


• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and other key stakeholders.


• Represent the company in industry events, networking opportunities, and public forums.

• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company requirements.


• Anticipate potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred).


• At least 7-8 years of progressive leadership experience, with proven success in a senior operational or general management role.


• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.


• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.


• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable results.


• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.


• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic business environments.
