Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-oriented General Manager to lead and manage operations across our sister company, covering both office and clinic environments. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and business development capabilities. This role requires overseeing daily operations, managing cross-functional teams (including sales), driving business growth through new partnerships and product initiatives, and ensuring excellence in both performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership. Oversee day-to-day operations across both the office and clinic environments.
Sales Team Management. Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Analyze sales metrics and develop action plans to improve results.
Business Development & Partnership Engagement. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partners, and client prospects.Foster and maintain long-term relationships with doctors, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
New Product Development & Launch. Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize, evaluate, and introduce new services or products.Oversee product rollout plans, market positioning, and internal alignment with branding and operational strategies.
Strategic Planning & Execution. Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals.Continuously evaluate operational efficiency and recommend improvements.Coordinate cross-departmental planning to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives.
Financial Management. Oversee budget planning, cost controls, and financial forecasting for both the office and clinic.Monitor financial KPIs and ensure profitability through effective resource allocation.
Team Leadership & HR Management. Build, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams across various departments.Conduct performance reviews, training needs assessments, and succession planning.
Compliance & Risk Oversight. Ensure operations comply with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
Process Improvement & Communication. Develop and refine SOPs to improve consistency, quality, and efficiency.Prepare and disseminate internal memos regarding new processes, operational updates, and announcements.
Marketing & Branding. Collaborate with marketing to ensure brand consistency and support campaigns.
Reporting & Analysis. Track KPIs and prepare reports for upper management.Use data-driven insights to guide strategic and operational decisions.
Qualification:
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in healthcare, sales, or service-oriented industries
- Willing to be assigned to Makati City
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary
- Must be eligible to apply for or already hold a valid Korean visa
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- CPA is an advantage
