Job Summary:

We are seeking a General Manager (Integrator) to lead execution, align all departments, and ensure the company meets its financial and operational objectives. Serving as the primary driver of the company's vision, this role calls for a results-oriented leader who can turn strategy into action, unify cross-functional teams, and ensure operational excellence.

The General Manager will collaborate closely with the CEO (Visionary) to translate strategic goals into executable plans, enhance organizational processes, and oversee performance across all business units. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in operations, finance, and leadership, with a proven track record in building structure, solving complex problems, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Execution & Business Integration

  • Convert the CEO's vision into clear, actionable plans and ensure effective execution across all departments.
  • Serve as the critical bridge between strategy and operations, maintaining alignment and accountability company-wide.
  • Design, implement, and refine processes, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Promote seamless collaboration among sales, operations, production, finance, and other key teams.

Operational Leadership & Performance Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient execution of all business activities.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Establish accountability frameworks to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of objectives.
  • Optimize production, logistics, and supply chain processes to strengthen profitability and efficiency.

Financial Execution & Profitability

  • Assume full responsibility for achieving annual financial targets, including revenue, profit margins, and cost control.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
  • Promote financial discipline across all functions, ensuring decisions align with business priorities.
  • Identify and execute cost-optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and performance standards.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Diagnose operational bottlenecks and implement targeted process improvements for greater efficiency and scalability.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform decisions, enhance profitability, and boost customer satisfaction.
  • Introduce business systems, technology, and automation tools to streamline and modernize operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php150,000.00 per month
